I have a tip to share, too: when using coconut oil, it should be just melted, barely warm, and definitely not hot. Let it cool if you need to, before adding the other ingredients. Sometimes I do all coconut oil. When you use Coconut Oil — in whatever quantity — small or large — the chocolate must be kept in the fridge or frozen. Especially if you have a warm environment.
